1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using eBidMart, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access eBidMart for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transfer the materials to another person

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use eBidMart:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
• To spam, phish, scrape, or spider any web pages

5. Buying and Selling

All transactions on eBidMart are binding contracts between buyers and sellers. Buyers agree to pay for items they purchase. Sellers agree to deliver items as described. eBidMart facilitates these transactions but is not a party to them.

6. Fees and Payments

eBidMart charges sellers a listing fee and commission on successful sales. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Payment processing is handled securely through PayPal.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall eBidMart, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
