Return Window
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The return window may vary by seller and product category. Check the individual listing for specific return policies.
Eligible Returns
Items are eligible for return if:
- Item doesn't match the listing description
- Item is damaged or defective upon arrival
- Wrong item was sent
- Item is missing parts or accessories
- Item doesn't work as described
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Digital content (movies, games, downloads) after access
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Perishable goods
- Intimate items (underwear, swimwear) if opened
- Items marked as "No Returns" in the listing
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be in the same condition as received
- Include original packaging and tags
- Have all accessories and manuals
- Not show signs of use or wear (unless defective)
How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your buyer dashboard
- Go to "My Orders" and find the item
- Click "Request Return"
- Select return reason and provide details
- Wait for seller approval
- Ship the item back using provided instructions
- Track return shipment
- Receive refund after seller confirms receipt
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is handled as follows:
- Seller's fault: Seller pays return shipping (wrong item, damaged, not as described)
- Buyer's change of mind: Buyer pays return shipping
- Some sellers offer free returns - check the listing
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Seller has 2 business days to inspect the return
- If approved, refund is issued to your original payment method
- Refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days
- You'll receive email confirmation when refund is processed
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless item was defective
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted if:
- Item shows signs of use
- Missing original packaging or accessories
- Returned after the return window
- Damaged due to buyer handling
Disputes
If you and the seller cannot agree on a return:
- Contact eBidMart support through Help & Contact
- Provide order details and evidence (photos, messages)
- Our team will review and mediate the dispute
- Decision is final and binding
JML Collection Returns
JML Collection items have a 10-day return window. Some handcrafted items may be marked as no returns. Always check the specific listing for JML return policies.
