How do I create an account?

Click "Sign Up" in the header, choose your role (Buyer or Seller), and complete the registration form. Verify your email to activate your account.

How do I buy an item?

Browse or search for items, click on the listing you want, and choose "Buy Now", place a bid, or make an offer. Add to cart and checkout with PayPal.

How do I sell an item?

Create a seller account, wait for approval, then go to your seller dashboard and click "Add Listing". Fill in item details, upload photos, set your price, and publish.

What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. You can use PayPal balance, credit cards, or debit cards through PayPal checkout.

How much does it cost to sell?

Sellers pay a $0.20 listing fee per item and 15% commission on successful sales. No monthly fees or hidden charges.

How do I track my order?

Log in to your buyer dashboard and go to "My Orders". You'll see tracking information once the seller ships your item.

Can I return an item?

Most items can be returned within 30 days. Check the listing for specific return policies. See our Returns Policy page for complete details.

How do I get a refund?

Request a return through your buyer dashboard. Once approved and the item is returned, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. See our Refund Policy for details.

What is the watchlist?

Add items to your watchlist to track them later. You'll receive notifications when auctions are ending or prices change.

How does bidding work?

Enter your maximum bid amount. Our system automatically bids for you up to your max, incrementally outbidding other buyers. If someone bids higher, you'll be notified.

What is Best Offer?

Some sellers accept offers below the listed price. Submit your offer and the seller can accept, reject, or counter with a different price.

How do I promote my listings?

Sellers can create ads for $5 (24 hours, Groups page) or $25 (30 days, multiple pages with notifications to all verified users).

What is Cineplex?

eBidMart Cineplex is our movie streaming and download platform. Browse free, paid, and pay-per-view content.

What is Arcade?

eBidMart Arcade offers online and downloadable games. Play free games or purchase premium content.

What is JML Collection?

JML Collection features exclusive handcrafted items from our premium partner sellers, including jewelry, bags, clothing, and accessories.

How do I contact a seller?

Click "Message Seller" on any listing to send a direct message. You can ask questions about the item before purchasing.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through PayPal's secure payment gateway. eBidMart never stores your payment information.

Can I cancel an order?

Orders can be canceled before the seller ships. Contact the seller immediately through messages. Once shipped, you'll need to use the return process.

How do I leave feedback?

After receiving your order, go to your buyer dashboard and click "Leave Feedback" on the completed order. Your feedback helps other buyers.

What if I have a dispute with a seller?

Try to resolve issues directly with the seller first. If that doesn't work, escalate through your buyer dashboard. Our support team will mediate.
