1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing from JML Collection, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. JML Collection is a premium partner store on the eBidMart platform, specializing in handcrafted items and accessories.

2. Product Categories

JML Collection offers the following product categories:

• Earrings - Handcrafted and custom designs
• Bags - Leather and fabric accessories
• Necklaces - Unique jewelry pieces
• Clothing - Custom and ready-to-wear items
• Accessories - Various fashion accessories
• Other - Specialty handcrafted items

3. Product Conditions

All items are clearly marked with their condition:

• New - Brand new, never used items
• Used - Previously owned items in good condition
• Refurbished - Restored items meeting quality standards

4. Shipping

JML Collection ships exclusively via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated based on item weight and destination. Tracking information is provided for all shipments.

5. Processing Time

Items are available in two processing categories:

• Ready to Ship - Dispatched within 1-5 business days
• Custom/Handmade - Processing time varies by item, details provided in listing

6. Payment Escrow

For buyer protection, payments are held in escrow until delivery is confirmed. Funds are released to JML Collection 2 business days after delivery confirmation.

7. Product Variations

Many items offer variations in size, color, or other attributes. Select your preferred variation at checkout. Price adjustments may apply based on selected options.

8. Custom Orders

Custom and handmade items may have extended processing times. These items are made to order and may not be eligible for returns. Check individual listings for custom order policies.

9. Returns

Standard return window is 10 days from delivery. Some items may be marked as no returns, particularly custom or personalized items. See our Returns Policy for complete details.

JML Collection stands behind the quality of all items. If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately for resolution.
