JML Collection Refund Policy

Payment Escrow System

For buyer protection, all JML Collection payments are held in escrow by eBidMart until delivery is confirmed. This ensures your payment is protected until you receive your item.

Escrow Release Timeline

Payment is released to JML Collection 2 business days after delivery confirmation. During this period, you can inspect the item and request a return if needed.

Full Refund Eligibility

You are entitled to a full refund if:

  • Item does not match the listing description
  • Item arrives damaged or defective
  • Wrong item or variation was sent
  • Item is not delivered within estimated timeframe
  • Order is canceled before shipping

Refund Processing

Once your return is approved and received:

  1. JML Collection inspects the return within 1 business day
  2. If approved, refund is processed immediately
  3. Refund issued to original payment method via eBidMart
  4. Funds appear in 3-5 business days
  5. Email confirmation sent when refund is processed

Refund Amounts

Full refunds include:

  • Full item price
  • Taxes paid
  • Original shipping costs (if item was defective or incorrect)

The following are not refundable:

  • Original shipping costs (for buyer's change of mind)
  • Return shipping costs (unless seller error)

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be offered if:

  • Item shows signs of use not caused by defect
  • Original packaging or tags are missing
  • Return is made outside 10-day window but approved as exception

Custom Order Refunds

Custom and made-to-order items are generally non-refundable unless:

  • Item is significantly different from approved design
  • Item is defective or damaged
  • JML Collection failed to meet agreed specifications

Delayed Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your eBidMart account transaction history
  2. Check your PayPal or bank statement
  3. Contact your payment provider
  4. Contact JML Collection if still unresolved after 7 days

Refund Method

All refunds are processed through eBidMart to your original payment method:

  • PayPal payments refunded to PayPal account
  • Credit/debit card payments refunded to original card
  • No cash refunds or store credit

Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision:

  1. Provide additional evidence (photos, measurements, etc.)
  2. Request escalation through eBidMart buyer protection
  3. eBidMart support will review and mediate
  4. Final decision is binding
