JML Collection Returns Policy

Return Window

JML Collection offers a 10-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Eligible Returns

Items may be returned if:

  • Item does not match the description
  • Item is damaged or defective upon arrival
  • Wrong item or variation was sent
  • Item is missing components described in listing

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items marked "No Returns" in the listing
  • Handmade items made to order
  • Items returned after 10-day window
  • Items showing signs of wear or use

Return Process

  1. Contact JML Collection through eBidMart messaging within 10 days of delivery
  2. Provide order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Ship item back via USPS with tracking
  5. Refund processed within 2 business days of receipt

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is handled as follows:

  • Defective or incorrect items: JML Collection pays return shipping
  • Change of mind or sizing issues: Buyer pays return shipping
  • All returns must ship via USPS with tracking

Exchanges

JML Collection does not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or variation, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of damage and packaging immediately
  2. Contact JML Collection within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Do not discard packaging until issue is resolved
  4. Full refund or replacement will be provided

Restocking Fees

JML Collection does not charge restocking fees for approved returns in original condition.
