JML Collection Returns Policy

Return Window
JML Collection offers a 10-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Eligible Returns
Items may be returned if:
- Item does not match the description
- Item is damaged or defective upon arrival
- Wrong item or variation was sent
- Item is missing components described in listing
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized items
- Items marked "No Returns" in the listing
- Handmade items made to order
- Items returned after 10-day window
- Items showing signs of wear or use
Return Process
- Contact JML Collection through eBidMart messaging within 10 days of delivery
- Provide order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship item back via USPS with tracking
- Refund processed within 2 business days of receipt
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is handled as follows:
- Defective or incorrect items: JML Collection pays return shipping
- Change of mind or sizing issues: Buyer pays return shipping
- All returns must ship via USPS with tracking
Exchanges
JML Collection does not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or variation, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged:
- Take photos of damage and packaging immediately
- Contact JML Collection within 48 hours of delivery
- Do not discard packaging until issue is resolved
- Full refund or replacement will be provided
Restocking Fees
JML Collection does not charge restocking fees for approved returns in original condition.
